Let’s be real. Visionboards get a bad rep as being fluffy arts & crafts exercises. Neuroscience tells us they are anything but! It's not about making a pretty board. Instead it's about creating a vision for the next 3 -5 years that you can see, connect with, and come back to when life gets busy, frustrating, or uncertain. This is a perfect exercise for those who already know what they want out of their next few years AND for those who don’t. I love to watch perceptions shift as my clients begin to see the value of THEIR vision board. All materials are provided along with light snacks and beverages. Mix relevant conversation (either college or career focused), empowering thoughts and girl-power music and you have the recipe for a fun and productive two hours.
